OnlyAgents is a marketplace for AI agents and automations, being built in Malta. You can contact us at hello@onlyagents.ai.
This notice covers this website and the waitlist. The marketplace itself will have its own terms and privacy notice for buyers and creators.
When you join the waitlist we collect your name and email, whether you build or need agents and, if you choose to give them, the platforms you use, a portfolio or company link and a description of what you build or need. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
To contact you about early access and pilots, and to understand which features and languages to build first. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising, and this site uses no tracking cookies.
Sign-ups are stored on our hosting provider's servers in the EU and in our business email. We keep them until OnlyAgents launches and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or become a customer.
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Just email hello@onlyagents.ai. You can also complain to Malta's data protection authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
